Sustainability Statement

Cadillac Formula 1® Team believes that motorsport activities and the conservation of our natural environment are compatible. We commit to address the ‘Conservation of the Environment’ as one of the core values of the company.

In order to minimize the impact of our activities on the environment, we will operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation, and we will strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices both on and off the track.

Our environmental policy outlines our commitment to protect against the long-term depletion of natural resources and lasting damage to habitats, biodiversity and climate.

This Environmental Policy Statement commits CF1® Team to the following:

  • Maintain FIA 3-star Environmental Accreditation, align with Formula One Management (FOM) ESG requirements and develop a comprehensive environmental management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 14001, ISO 20121 and ISO 5001.

  • Integrate the consideration of environmental concerns and impacts into our decision making and activities.

  • Minimize our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as is possible.

  • Minimize energy and water use within our buildings and processes in order to conserve supplies and minimize the consumption of natural resources.

  • As far as is possible, purchase products and services that do the least damage to the environment.

  • Comply with all permits issued under Local Authority Pollution Prevention and Control legislation.

  • Periodically evaluate our activities to identify significant environmental concerns and put in place management action plans.

  • Promote environmental awareness among our employees and contractors and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner.

  • Communicate our environmental commitment to clients, partners and the public and encourage them to support it.
