This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how TWG Cadillac Formula 1 Team Limited (trading as Cadillac Formula 1 Team) a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 14194212) at Unit 1134, Silverstone Park, Buckingham Road, Silverstone, England, NN12 8FU (the “Team”, “we”, “our” and “us”), collects and uses personal information about you in accordance with applicable legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Team takes its responsibility to look after your personal information very seriously and is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. 

We are required under data protection legislation to notify you of the information contained in this Policy. We may collect personal information about you submitted to us by you (or a third party who is acting on your behalf) through our website, https://www.cadillacf1team.com or the Team’s other domains, by subscribing to our newsletter, from completing and submitting questionnaire or your use of our website.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
